NAFTA talks get underway as Trump promises trade action, sets up possible 301 probe

The long-awaited NAFTA renegotiations will kick off mid-week in Washington, DC, as negotiators formally begin work on restructuring the 23-year-old trade agreement on the first day the U.S. can statutorily do so.
