WTO forms panel in U.S.-China dispute over agricultural subsidies

The World Trade Organization on June 24 formed a dispute settlement panel to hear the U.S.' complaint that China is exceeding its permitted levels of domestic support for certain rice, corn and wheat crops by nearly $100 billion.
