Vilsack: USDA working with EU to help Ukraine export agricultural products

The Agriculture Department is working to assist the European Union's efforts to aid Ukraine in exporting grains and oilseeds, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said on Monday. The European Commission last week announced a plan of action to help facilitate the movement of agricultural products. The plan will focus on physical infrastructure such as cars, vessels and loaders needed to move products outside of Ukraine, a major agricultural exporter.
