USTR Announces New Press Secretary

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced Friday that Matt Swenson, the former press secretary and senior communications adviser for Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton (D), will take over as USTR's press secretary for the rest of the Obama administration. He will replace Andrew Bates, who left to become the North Carolina communications director for the Hillary Clinton campaign.
