U.S. pipe producers target six countries in AD, CVD petitions

The American Line Pipe Producers Association this week filed petitions with the U.S. International Trade Commission and the Commerce Department charging six countries – including Canada and China – with unfairly dumping imports of large-diameter pipe into the U.S. and alleging that some foreign producers benefit from state-sponsored support programs. The petitioners flag pipe makers from China and Canada as the biggest exporters of dumped products. Also on the petitioners' alleged dumping list are Greece, India, Korea and Turkey. ALPPA...
