Trump picks Indiana agriculture official for new USDA trade under secretary position

President Trump intends to nominate an Indiana state agriculture official to serve as the Agriculture Department's new top trade official. The White House announced on Wednesday that Ted McKinney, the director of the Indiana Agriculture Department, is the president's pick for under secretary of agriculture for trade and foreign agricultural affairs.
