Toomey backs bill to ‘rein in’ Trump’s trade authority

Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA) on Friday endorsed legislation designed to roll back the president’s trade powers. Toomey spokesman Steve Kelly told Inside U.S. Trade on Friday that Toomey signed on to the Global Trade Accountability Act , authored by Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT).
