House Ways & Means trade subcommittee Chairman Dave Reichert (R-WA) opened a hearing on NAFTA on Tuesday by endorsing a “seamless” renegotiated deal that addresses issues like digital trade and preserves a “proven” investor-state dispute settlement tool.
