Pascrell slams China’s ‘onerous’ biotech approval requirements
Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-NJ), ranking member of the House Ways & Means trade subcommittee, last week blasted “onerous” Chinese intellectual property policies – including approval requirements for biotechnology data – as trade barriers for U.S. companies.
