Lighthizer to discuss trade talks, pandemic on Thursday

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer will discuss U.S. trade negotiations and pandemic-related issues on Thursday during a virtual event hosted by the Economic Club of New York. During the June 4 webinar, Lighthizer “will address next steps and potential outcomes for trade talks around the world in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic,” the club said on Twitter . Marie-Josée Kravis, the chair of the Economic Club of New York and a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, will moderate.
