ITC: Proposal to loosen KORUS yarn rules unlikely to impact trade

A proposed modification to the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement’s rules of origin for certain yarns likely would have a “negligible effect” on U.S. imports and exports, according to the U.S. International Trade Commission.
