Intel’s decision to invest $20 billion in a new semiconductor manufacturing facility was “motivated” by the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductor in America Act, Intel President and CEO Pat Gelsinger said Friday alongside President Biden, who called on Congress to immediately fund the legislation.
