House Homeland Security chair re-introduces bill to incentivize nearshoring

Newly named House Homeland Security Committee Chair Mark Green (R-TN) last week re-introduced a bill that would direct revenue from tariffs on Chinese goods to incentivize companies to relocate manufacturing facilities from China to Latin America.
