Hochberg steps down as Ex-Im chair, leaving only one acting board member

Fred Hochberg, the chairman of the Export-Import Bank since 2009, stepped down from his post on Jan. 17, leaving only one member of the bank's Board of Directors remaining. Charles Hall, who had been serving as the acting vice-chairman of the bank, is the acting chairman.
