GAO finds billions of dollars in AD, CVD duties go uncollected
The Government Accountability Office has found that billions of dollars’ worth of antidumping and countervailing duties remain uncollected. GAO’s findings were published in a Nov. 7 report sent to the leaders of the House and Senate Appropriations committees’ homeland security subcommittees.
