Former USTR officials named to USMCA labor enforcement roster

Two former USTR officials have been named to a roster of panelists eligible to serve on labor panels under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s new rapid-response mechanism. Canada and Mexico agreed on six “non-national” panelists , including Council on Foreign Relations Senior Fellow Jennifer Hillman and Kathleen Claussen, an associate professor at the University of Miami Law School.
