Foreign Relations panel sends Western Hemisphere bill to the Senate floor

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday approved a revised version of the “Western Hemisphere Partnership Act,” crafted to strengthen U.S. security, diplomatic and trade ties in the region as well as in Africa, according to its sponsors.
