Dozens of industry groups appeal to Ways & Means leaders on Section 301 tariffs

A broad group of industry associations is warning congressional leaders that planned tariffs aimed at combating Chinese intellectual property and tech transfer policies could be ineffective – and harm U.S. businesses and consumers.
