CRS report on agriculture and the NAFTA redo: three ‘opportunity’ areas

A new Congressional Research Service primer on agricultural issues in the North American Free Trade Agreement renegotiation identifies three broad areas that “could provide an opportunity to ‘modernize’” issues impacting U.S. exporters.
