Commerce issues preliminary AD ruling in foil case

The Commerce Department on Oct. 27 issued an affirmative preliminary antidumping duty ruling on Chinese aluminum foil imports after the decision, and a review relating to China’s non-market economy status, were deferred earlier this month.
