Commerce initiates AD probe into imports of steel wire from 15 countries

The Commerce Department this week initiated antidumping investigations into imports of certain steel wire from 15 countries and a countervailing duty probe into one of them. The agency will investigation whether prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
