Commerce initiates AD, CVD investigations into aluminum alloy imports from 18 countries

The Commerce Department this week initiated antidumping investigations into imports of common alloy aluminum sheet from 18 countries and countervailing duty probes into four of them. The agency will investigate whether common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Korea, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan and Turkey is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
