Commerce extends temporary Huawei license for another 90 days

The Commerce Department on Monday extended for the second time a temporary license allowing U.S. companies to do business with Chinese telecom giant Huawei. Huawei was placed on the Bureau of Industry and Security’s Entity List in May, meaning U.S. companies could not sell to it without obtaining a license from Commerce.
