Commerce committee to hold confirmation hearing for Raimondo next week

The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee will hold a confirmation hearing for Gina Raimondo , President-elect Biden’s pick to lead the Commerce Department, on Jan. 26, the panel announced this week. Raimondo has served as governor of Rhode Island since 2015.
