Commerce asks for public comments on Section 232 mobile crane investigation

The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security is seeking input on its investigation into whether mobile crane imports threaten to impair the national security. The probe was initiated by Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross on May 19. The agency has 270 to complete the investigation, which began in response to a petition filed by a Wisconsin-based mobile crane producer.
