Chamber: Canadian cultural exception drops USMCA below TPP in IP index

The Canadian cultural exception in the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement drops the deal below the Trans-Pacific-Partnership in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's latest intellectual property report for 2019.
