Business Groups Urge Congressional Leaders To Back Ex-Im Quorum Measures

Major business groups including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers are urging congressional leaders to back identical House and Senate measures that would free up the U.S. Export-Import Bank to approve transactions over $10 million even without a quorum.
