President Barack Obama yesterday (May 21) submitted to Congress the U.S.-United Arab Emirates Civil Nuclear Cooperation Agreement. Under the deal, the U.S. would sell nuclear materials and equipment for research and power production in exchange for a commitment by the UAE that it will not enrich or reprocess fuel to produce bombs.
