Foreign Affairs chair: House wants to codify Entity List subsidiary rule
The House Foreign Affairs Committee wants to codify the Bureau of Industry and Security’s expansion of Entity List restrictions to companies that are at least 50 percent owned by listed entities, panel chair Brian Mast (R-FL) said on Tuesday.
