Democratic AGs back quick Supreme Court review of tariff suits

Democratic state attorneys general are joining the Justice Department and small-business plaintiffs in pressing the Supreme Court to quickly take up litigation over President Trump’s International Emergency Economic Powers Act tariffs, saying the “great national importance” of the case underscores the need for a speedy, definitive resolution.
