Trump announces former Sen. Perdue as pick for China envoy, stresses peace and cooperation
Former Sen. David Perdue (R-GA), President-elect Trump’s pick to serve as ambassador to China, will be key to ensuring peace in Asia and fostering a “productive working relationship” with Beijing, Trump said on Thursday.
