Latest WTO fisheries text expands range of members subject to stricter provisions

A new draft fisheries subsidies text issued by the chair of the negotiations would expand the number of World Trade Organization members subject to a stricter tier of provisions, including all developed and developing countries that are excluded from special and differential treatment.
