Canada will take a new path in its latest challenge to U.S. antidumping duties on Canadian softwood lumber, foregoing for the first time a binational panel process under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement and taking its case to the U.S. Court of International Trade, Inside U.S. Trade has learned.
