Senate bill would lower de minimis limit, exclude China from benefits

Two senators this week introduced a bill that would direct the Treasury Department to adjust de minimis import levels to match those of U.S. trading partners, reducing the amount of goods that enter the country duty-free and keeping China and Russia from benefiting entirely.
