USTR offers new details on IPEF labor, environment texts

New summaries of negotiating texts the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative tabled during the second Indo-Pacific Economic for Prosperity negotiating round in mid-March offer details on where the talks are headed on digital trade, labor, environment and technical assistance, though they do not say how key provisions might be enforced.
