Delegates from APEC countries finish first round of talks in Palm Springs

Top officials from Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation member countries on Tuesday wrapped up a series of meetings to prepare for this year’s APEC leaders’ summit, which will include a focus on strengthening supply chains and increasing trade.
