WTO ag retreat brings 'constructive spirit,’ but future of talks still murky
A World Trade Organization retreat focused on jumpstarting the agriculture negotiations succeeded in bringing out an “extremely constructive spirit” in members, according to the head of the organization, but a clear path forward for the long intractable talks remains elusive.
