Tai: IPEF early harvest talk is ‘premature’
The U.S. is fully focused on all of the components of the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity’s trade pillar, U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai said on Sunday, calling talk of a potential early harvest “premature.” The U.S. and 13 other countries formally launched the IPEF negotiations during a ministerial in Los Angeles earlier this month.
