The U.S. should remove Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum from South Africa to ensure the two countries can “significantly” expand bilateral trade and investment, South Africa’s minister of international relations and cooperation, Naledi Pandor, told Secretary of State Antony Blinken this week.
