House lawmakers intro companion outbound investment review bill

Four House lawmakers on Monday introduced a bill that would create an outbound investment review mechanism akin to the one proposed in a Senate bill spearheaded by Sens. Bob Casey (D-PA) and John Cornyn (R-TX). The House version of the “National Critical Capabilities Defense Act” was introduced by Reps.
