USTR, Labor to pursue AFL-CIO USMCA complaint against Mexican auto plant

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Labor Department on Wednesday announced they have agreed to pursue a U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement complaint against an auto plant in Mexico for alleged workers’ rights violations.
