U.S. business groups target Canada, Colombia in Special 301 proceedings
Citing drug pricing policies and other intellectual property concerns, major U.S. business group are urging the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to again designate Canada and Colombia as top countries of concern in its annual Special 301 report on the IP practices of U.S. trading partners.
