EU trade commissioner to meet with Lighthizer next week

European Trade Commissioner Phil Hogan will travel to Washington, DC, next week to meet with U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer. Hogan, who will be in DC Jan. 14-16, took over as the EU’s top trade diplomat last month, succeeding Cecilia Malmström. He previously served as the EU’s Agriculture commissioner.
