Grassley: WTO Appellate Body shutdown the only way to achieve reform
The U.S. must “neuter” the World Trade Organization's Appellate Body to ensure needed reforms, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said on Wednesday. The U.S., seeking reforms to the WTO Appellate Body, has been blocking nominees to the seven-member panel since mid-2017.
