Texas Rep. Gonzalez ties support for USMCA to Mexican security improvements

Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, a Texas Democrat whose district borders Mexico, says he's undecided on USMCA – and wants the U.S. to wring security concessions from Mexico before he can vote yes on the deal.
