Pelosi ‘optimistic’ on USMCA, but ‘not there yet’

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said she on Thursday that she was “optimistic” about congressional passage of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, but also reiterated Democratic concerns about enforcement. “The concerns that we have about, and hopefully they're resolvable, because I'm optimistic always with the [agreement],” she said at a press conference.
