Seade: Sunset, Chapter 20 under discussion; talks could wrap up this week

State-to-state dispute settlement in NAFTA and the U.S. demand for a five-year sunset clause are among the last issues being hashed out as talks come down to the wire, Jesús Seade, chief negotiator for Mexican president-elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador, said on Wednesday.
