NAFTA ministers plan to meet in Washington on Thursday

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and his NAFTA counterparts are planning to hold a ministerial meeting in Washington, DC, on Thursday, Mexican Economy Secretary Ildefonso Guajardo said on Monday -- but added that he did not expect a major announcement this week.
