South Korea: KORUS talks could begin by end of year or in early 2018

South Korea's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy on Dec. 18 announced the completion of its statutory requirements for renegotiating trade deals and said it would push for talks on the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement to begin as early as this month.
