WTO panel sides fully with U.S. in dispute over duties on Indonesian paper
A World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel has rejected all of Indonesia’s complaints that U.S. antidumping and countervailing duties on coated paper from Indonesia violated WTO rules. The panel also rejected an “as such” claim against a U.S. law that allows tie votes of the International Trade Commission to be treated as affirmative injury decisions.
